    BRD + Midi creator/player

You probably guessed where this is going from the title alone.

How would players feel about giving BRDs the ability to create their own Midis to play in a similar way as games like Mabinogi? This would have 3 versions of the sounds, one for wind, one for string and one for singing.

A macro command to play songs would be a must too.

    I'm thinking something like:

    /recast "Song"
    /equip "wind instrument"
    /midi "Midi #1" <time (seconds)>
    /ma "song" <t>

Moving or playing another song would interrupt play as usual.

Edit : And in case anyone is concerned about "abuse" you could also have a toggle in the options to choose to disable midi play and only hear the default songs played by others if you wanted to.

    PS>
I'm sure this idea has appeared before, but since search didn't show anything it may be a good time to post it again.

Heheh, I'd be surprised if no one ever posted something like this, but if not it would be so good if it happened.

I'm going to get my BRD to 99 soon (I'm still @75 from the old days) and I remembered how much time I spent playing on the stage at the tavern in Southern Sandy (to skill up) and how many times I wished I could play different tunes back then.

And just like with Job Emotes I just think it would be good if we saw BRDs playing songs more often in common areas.

Just imagine 3 BRDs playing (a midi harp version of) something like this:

Instead of the quiet barren wasteland feel some areas have right now.
