Steps: After defeating Tojil and obtaining Key item flame scarred skull (shows in temporary key items atm) which I acquired back in November/December or so of 2013. I am still unable to exchange plasm to Forri-Porri for rewards tied to the ki. I am capable of getting oboro to offer the new JSE but does not mention to get quest for 119 relic. Don't have any of those weapons so that might not be an issue.

I have tried to get the tojil title back again by seeing the NPC in the library of the East adoulin in hopes that that might trigger it. But it won't detect any title I have from the zones. I have killed all the Wildkeeper bosses some twice for records of emenince and tojil so not sure where my titles are. I have contacted in game GM at least twice on this issue.
