SOUND GLITCH (1 second loss of sound often) after march23 update?

all i know is i been playing for 3 years and my system is perfect 0 administrator errors and all my drivers are up to date 100% and i am using windows 7 with proper NVIDEA card always solid for years. this isnt the first time ive had this issue after the rare update but then seem to go away. please check in to this on PC version. without proper sound the game is basically ruined unless you play with it off as i LOVE IT ON FULL BLAST!!!!!! help me out if can SE. thanks
