    Dare I suggest a song that allows the pt to proc a !! while a mob is TP/casting? THAT'LL put us back in the mix!

    With another tier of march, you'd hit cap w/ just III II and haste and it's not going to be enough haste to cap w/ just III and haste (both marches combined are like 28% atm, march III would have to be more than march I and II combined to cap haste w/ just it alone and haste spell).

    That being said, III II and haste, skill shouldn't matter because you'll be hitting hard cap
