Inconsistent Armour Naming (DNC, DRK, BST)

Teegrins!

• The Maxixi armour has 'toeshoes' instead of 'toe shoes', which has usually been used for Dancer's shoes.
  
• The Horos armour only has 'shoes' (which probably is what they show up in inventory listing as?) instead of 'toe shoes'.
  
• The Fallen's armour has 'finger gauntlets', which I believe has been only used for Dragoon's armour, not Dark Knight's, which have usually been just 'gauntlets'. I have not checked their names what they are listed in the inventory as.
  
• The Ankusa armour has item level 119 'gloves' instead of 'gloves +1'.

• The Laksamana's armour has 'hat' and 'trews' instead of 'tricorne' and 'culottes'.
  
• The Lanun armour has 'gauntlets' and 'boots', instead of 'gants' and 'bottes'.
