Players are unable to use the Rank 1 prize “Mog Kupon I-RME” to trade for an item during the I Dream of Mog Bonanza 2014 event from Feb. 12, 2014 at 8:00 (GMT).

This issue will be resolved with the version update scheduled for Feb. 18, 2014. We ask that you please refrain from using the Mog Kupon I-RME until then.
