Brd Relic 109/119 Armor

Just logging in and posting this because I really don't want the dev team to mess up Brd's Relic 109/119 armor, especially when it comes to the body piece.

Basically, Bard's Justaucorps/+1/+2 has always (up until the introduction of ilvl) been Bard's ultimate, trophy, job-specific, DD armor piece. Even with the addition of ilvl and ilvl 119 gear, the Bard's Justaucorps +2 still has fairly impressive DD stats (mostly that huge Acc/Att+25).

Please continue to enhance the awesome DD aspects of this body piece. Add Haste (which I'm sure will come), add Double Attack/Triple Attack/Quad. (!?) Attack, add more Acc/Att, add Store TP, but PLEASE. Please do not make it into some crappy hybrid DD/Mage/Debuff piece.


Simultaneously, please continue to enhance the Magey aspects of the Bard's Cannions.


Perhaps they could give 1tp/tic Regain while engaged to the body's "Military Parade" and 1mp/tic while disengaged to the pants' "Courtly Measure." This fits in well with their theme of being engage/disengaged to an enemy (not to mention, Bard's wouldn't have to idle in Nares Trews anymore!! ).


Really it's just the Body/Pants that I've been concerned about since they are such specific pieces due to "Military Parade" and "Courtly Measure." This has also been their strength imo. Otherwise, I'm quite curious to see what they will do to Head/Hands/Feet. Personally, I thought they did a wonderful job with the Artifact 119 gear, especially the Body/Head (except the pants completely losing its Dexterity was a bummer... ).

You couldn't possibly add some Song+ effects like you did with upgraded Artifact? For instance, adding Requiem/Nocturne/Threnody +1 on the Head/Hands would've been really nice.

I just decided to reactive my account and take a stab and continuing my journey as a DD BRD! Any chance you could point me towards to best possible TP/each WS sets? Also, which daggers should I be looking at? Thank for the help!

Yes, it's very disappointing.

All of the BRD reforged gear has been pretty darn disappointing. There is exactly nothing that I feel is particularly worth any effort to upgrade.

As for the poster above, I think you'd want to look at the Eminence Dagger and the WKR dagger... those are the easiest/best to get in the short term...

Legato Dagger deserves honourable mention as it has a half decent dmg on it and you can buy it from the AH for a low price while waiting on chance to get the wkr one - plus it increases song effect duration... though I just looked at the delay that's not very nice

I saw the Legato Dagger; it looks pretty good. I also saw the Sabebus and it looks pretty easy to get. Looking to try and dual wield those.
