You inserted the tag into the wrong place, although I guess it may serve as the title. It's not exactly descriptive, however. ^^;
I have added it to the tags fer ya. =]
As for your request, I guess that would work, but in addition to that, I'd hope them adjustments for Voidwatch as well as the addition of these items to some more solo-friendly (or low-(wo)man) content.
...or so the legend says.
Yea HMP's were a ridiculous concept from the start. Too much effort for so few but required to have so much for the task. Just isn't worth it at all. They should of added HMP's to other content or at least put them in drops from Aby zonebosses.

Wait. Are these instances REPLACING the original Missions, or are they just a side-mission that gives you rewards, similar to Divine Might was to Ark Angels?
Will need to clarify this matter.
YO!
What instances? The new BCNMs?
Why in the world would they REPLACE the original missions with ilevel 119 content?
"Hey guys, any of you playing through Zilart missions just to enjoy the game's story or get Sky access? Think you can solo them since they were originally made for level 65-75 characters? Well think again."

They've already clarified it in previous notes. They are making new versions of classic boss fights for current level parties/alliances to fight. The old fights and rewards stay intact, while the new fights are added to the list. It's exactly like the new AA/DM fights, to get high level equipment, with an entry cost of some sort. When they released the new AA/DM fights, they said they plan to keep doing the same sort of thing for other fights. This is the 2nd step of that plan.
