As mentioned, despite many attempts, I have never been able to successfully move any of the UI windows around during testing on the test server.

Teegrins, Wesper!
I, too, have noticed that some of them can be a tad dodgy to move about.
You may find it helpful to hold down the shift key (or was it alt, or even ctrl... either one of those!), which will enable one to grab a window from any part of it to move it around, instead of the spots they normally give hold from.
...or so the legend says.
Thanks Dragoy! I will give it a shot
Shift+Ctrl worked to move only the macro window, main menu/spells list & the chatlog. I could not move any other windows, such as my name/hp/mp window. Which is makes it difficult to test anything else as on a 1920x1080p set up, the name/hp/mp window is stuck right in the way of the chat log.
Also, is it possible to resize windows like the chatlog?
Hm, that does seem odd.
I am able to move all windows that have a 'title-bar' by left-clicking and holding with my mouse on the title-area, which displays the window name (Solo, Target, Key Items... etc.). By holding down the shift key, I can move them by left-clicking (holding down) at any part of them.
That includes even the 'help-bar' on the top left-quadrant.
As far as I am aware, the log-window can be resized only via the options under the Windows section under Config, similar to the old/current interface.
...or so the legend says.
