We should be able to upgrade Pulse Panoplia

Pulse Panoplia* had both some very unique game effects and some very unique graphic effects. It's a shame that most of them are worthless or near-worthless now. Not to mention I'm sure it must be very frustrating to people who did hundreds and hundreds of fights for those items. There should be an upgrade path to iLevel 119 or so like there is for RMEs.

*Note that I'm referring both to the Voidwatch Pulse Cell items (Coruscanti, Aytanri, Ephemeron, Mextli Harness, etc) as well as to related items like Sagasinger and Himthige. Anything that has both a unique game effect and glow effect. Six body armors and 15 weapons all told.

I really miss wearing my mextli harness, the aztecan look of it made my character feel like I should be living in the jungle again :P
