"Left-Behind" Items when trading to Piketo-Puketo for Guild Points

I have run into an issue twice in the last 24 hours where upon trading items to Piketo-Puketo for Guild Points credit at the Cooking Guild, some items remain in inventory while receiving full credit for the Guild Points. I spoke with a GM about it this evening, who is referring it up to the Dev Team to be addressed.
