We are currently receiving contacts from players, who do not have the “Seekers of Adoulin” expansion installed on their clients, reporting that they are unable to exit a mog garden once they enter one.

The issue is under investigation; however, we ask that you do not enter a mog garden if you do not have the “Seekers of Adoulin” expansion installed on your client until further update.

In addition, if you encounter the aforementioned issue and become stuck, please contact a GM for assistance.

You can make a GM call by following the steps below:

1. Select ‘Help Desk’ from the Main Menu
2. Choose ‘Help Desk’ as the issue category and then select ‘I can’t move my character or log out of the game’ for the issue outline
3. Select ‘Other’
* Please enter “Unable to move out of mog garden” as the subject when placing the GM call.
