Steps:

1.) Obtain items requested by Monisette to trade for Maxixi Tiara
2.) Trade Male Dancer Tiara +1, 5 Rem's Tale Chapter 1, Gold Thread, Phoenix Feather as requested, to Monisette.
3.) Monisette does not respond

I do not know if this issue exists for other dancer NQ/+1 items or female dancer items.

Okay, so the body would not work either. Here's an update, because I can now turn in DNC items.

1.) I tried to turn in my Magus Jubbah +1 with the appropriate items, with 5 Rem's Tale: Chapter 2 as requested. The NPC did not take it.
2.) I tried to turn in my Magus Jubbah +1 with all 19 of my Rem's Tale: Chapter 2, and the NPC did not take them.
3.) I tried to turn in my Magus Jubbah +1 with 10 of my Rem's Tale: Chapter 2, and the NPC did finally accept them.
4.) After receiving my Assimilator's Jubbah, I am now able to trade DNC items along with 5 of the appropriate tale and upgrade them.

Initially I thought there was just a screw-up due to the gendered nature of DNC artifact gear. But this shows the issue is a lot more bizarre than that!!
