    Oboro ignores you if have another mythic quest started.

    Oboro (Port Jeuno E-6) ignores if you have new mythic quest started, because the quest "Coming Full Circle" is now incomplete.

    Same here. I have a second mythic quest in the works, and can not get Oboro to upgrade my Carnwenhan.
