New 1-hours still coming for next update?

I remember this being mentioned during the summer (it was said that the version update following the August update would have the new 1-hours).

So are the new 1-hours still being added in October?

It's closer to EQ/EQ2. There's that feeling that they really, REALLY shouldn't neglect their older child, but the new one needs a lot of attention and there's not quite enough to take care of them both properly.
