The cap is 80% reduction, is that what you wanted to know?

is that including haste etc? so for nin at 90 with full iga set+2 and twilight belt (24% haste i think that is correct me if im wrong) plus suppanomi (dw at 45% reduction i think it is?) with haste spell the nin would be at delay reduction cap?

i know haste caps at 83.xxpercent or something close to but wasnt sure if dw/martial arts is in seperate category

i know that dw wont affect recast on utsu for example, still making haste/march wanted, but i was just curious about how it works in the formulae. Like, does it get calculated seperately or something, i think a nin named atoreis on bg was some one on the thread talking about it but donno.

thank you for trying to help me though ^_^ appreciated

DW and Haste are not added together, 24% haste and 45% DW is not a 69% delay reduction.
Basically how it works is DW is added after haste to the new value haste brings the delay down to.
Like if say you had a delay of 100, 20% haste 20% dw, your delay would get dropped to 80 by the haste, then the 20% dw reduction would be applied to the new 80 delay, bringing your delay down to 64, not 60.

You were also pretty close to correct, with that stuff you would actually have about 23.6% haste and 45% dual weild, cause haste is stupid and lies and is actually slightly less then advertised.
