So, the + skill on weapons only affects main hand...

Lunge's damage is calculated by skill of main hand weapon...

So if you can DW 2 weapons with +188 skill, will that give +376 skill into the Lunge equation? o.0

That will almost double it's damage.

Skills aren't calculated by the +skill in main hand, they are calculated independent of each other. Also the +188 skill is unique to level 115 weapons, while a level 105 should get around +64 skill. So if you are using a 115 GS you will do Endamage equal to +188 skill. If you are dualwielding a 115 and a 105, you will do +188 skill damage in main hand, and +64 skill damage in off hand (or vice versa, if you choose to have stronger in off-hand for whatever reason). You do not get +252 skill from dual-wielding two swords.
