WS Merit is stuck at 10/15

While testing out the rune merit abilities i decided to grab a merit ws also to test and it would only let me get to 10/15 and then it would seem to cap if i lowered one of the previous ws merits it would let me put another point in. Anyone else have this issue occur?

I guess you are talking about the test server (or I'm really, utterly blind), see my post here.

It seems as if the Warrior Group1 maximum increases were swapped with the Weapon Skills category when they moved things around.

In other words: one can only merit weapon skills up to 10 at maximum, while they can merit warrior's group #1 up to 15 levels, instead of 10. ^^;
