Colonization: I love these new changes. The monsters are much easier to kill and deal with, and the root seems to take more damage as well. This content will no longer be a stagnant mess, as a black mage can deal with the majority of the mobs with timed sleeps.
Lair: These are easier as well, only a few mobs spawn per reive, and are also easy to deal with. The exp/bayld ratio seems to have increased, as well, making it a good idea to clear these whenever you see them for some extra goodies.

Agreed, this will bring more ppl back into reives. Hopefully they'll do this to all of the reives.
