Orison Mitts +1

Hi,
does anyone know how Orison Mitts +1 enhances the "Divine Caress" effect?

Usually when you use Divine Caress to remove a status ailment it the Divine Caress effect will wear off if that ailment is used again. Enhances Divine Caress means you can be hit with it an extra time before it wears.

As far as I know there's no difference between +1 and +2 version, although to be honest I don't use it enough to notice.

There's not many mobs that will apply the same status effect frequently enough to use it since it wears after a minute and those that do often spam it in the form of an additional effect.

As the poster above said, it extends the duration. +1 gives you 9 seconds.

so +1 gives 9 more seconds of duration on the player who's -na was casted on AND an extra protection? (meaning.. poisona removes poison on player A, A will not be poisoned 2x, instead of just 1x?)

The duration is just for the regen effect I believe, +1 gives 3 more ticks and +2 gives 6 more. Could be wrong though, not much testing has been done on Divine Caress.

From what I've seen with the +2 version, Divine Caress will resist the status ailment twice (same as +1). The duration is still 1 minute.

Although the description says '...will gain enhanced resistance for that status ailment' the effect is about 80% from what I've seen.

It also allows Doom to 'fail' once the counter reaches 0, allowing another tick to attempt to remove the effect (2 ticks with Orison +1/+2).

Needz better stats on these mitts regardless. I think out of all the empyrean armor these are the most uesless.
