Spuirrina Doublet only gives 1 MP/tic Refresh
It seems strange that Spurrina Doublet does not upgrade the refresh value like similar equipment (For example Khepri Jacket upgrades Regen over Kheper) and other LV99 refresh bodies tend to be 2/tic so I thought this might be a mistake!
