Sublimation Glitch

While playing Delve sometimes Sublimation shows full MP icon a few seconds after the recast timer has passed. When reusing Sublimation to get MP back, I've only gotten 4MP. This has happened more than 3 times.

If your health drops below a certain amount (especially weakened) it will fill. And you will only receive the amount that was taken which is 1 tick worth. If you lose even 1 hp while weakened (or change gear etc) you instantly fill with the amount drained.

If for whatever reason you had full health and not weakened, then it was a legitimate glitch.
