wildskeeper reive cost (still 100k)

I thought this recent update they were going to make the wildskeeper rieve cost go down with level of rank in the coalitions. As someone who reached rank 2 in mummers and rank 4 in inventor's, my cost is still at 100k. Are pioneer's/Peacekeepers the only ones that affect this price?
