Music in the starting cities doesn't work, Xbox 360.

Ever since the introduction of the March expansion update, the music in the 3 starter cities don't work for me. Im using the Xbox 360.

Anyone experiencing this?

Internet Connection Speed: At work, can't test at the moment
Date & Time: Many times since the expansion update, no specific time.
Frequency: Always
Character Name: Ryolen
Race: Taru
World: Lakshmi
Area and Coordinates: Windurst Sandoria and Bastok, all the zones excluding Mog House.
Steps: After using Void watch or wayward teleports and zoning in, the music is missing.

Music works fine in all other cities.
