Feral Howl Bug

Feral Howl works in all Dynamis Zones** and I realize a lot of monsters will not be affected by it and that there is a random element to it. However, that said... **Feral Howl does NOT work in Dynamis-Tavnazia. This has been an issue since Feral Howl was last adjusted.

I have used Feral Howl often during my runs in Dyna-Tav, especially on bombs. Disappointed that it has never worked in there since the last time Feral Howl was adjusted.

Yes. I have max merits into Feral Howl.

Is there any plan to address this issue Matsui?
