Lancer Cuissots + 2

Steps:
1) Popped Abununnu, used Fanatics Drink.
2) Activated DRG's new SP2.
3) Used Soul Jump continuously over and over with varying gear and under various conditions to test the hypothesized effects of Lancer Cuissots+2
4) After doing dozens of Soul Jumps, would die, reset 2hour ability and come back and retry.

We've tested Lancer's Cuissots +2's "Enhances Soul Jump" effect for the past 2 years since their release and cannot find what that effect does. The community thinks this piece of equipment is bugged and we feel at this time it would be worth it that the developers take a quick gander at it. The piece 'enhances critical hit damage' by 10% and since Soul Jump already is a critical hit, it could be that they forgot to add whatever bonus the "Enhances Soul Jump" was meant to give since for example if they intended it to be +10% damage, they would have seen that in testing not from the "Enhances Soul Jump" but from the "Enhances Critical Hit Damage"

In any case the Dragoon community on BG has tested the following effects and conclusively found that Lancer Cuissots+2 have no effect on the following which is why I'm posting this concern as a possible glitch/bug report.

-Crit rate
-Crit DMG+
-Direct DMG+ or VIT mod+
-TP bonus
-Recast-
-Crit rate without wyvern
-Reduce target's TP

It's extremely hard to guess what this item does since it has no obvious benefit that we can test(Drake Ring too falls under this category, we've tested it for YEARS and found under highly controlled and repeated studies that it doesn't do anything useful for Jump, it's either a very vague, minor boost or these items are glitched and are worth looking into.)
