It looks like Square-Enix changed it very recently. Were we informed about this change? This link used to take you to the feedback section of the Services & Support option located on playonline.com. Now, when you try to find that page it takes you here.
Now, your only option to send feedback are these forums. The bad part about it is you are not aware whether your feedback was translated and sent to the development team. You will remain in the dark regarding your feedback until you are informed by a member of the community team or a GM.(1)Last edited by Tanama; 02-06-2013 at 08:13 PM.
