New Puppetmaster Job Ability: Psyche Exchange

Psyche Exchange, although a far fetch idea, could be something along the lines of this:

One, or more, status ailments or enhancements currently on the pet or master is given, selected, or switched from your pet to yourself (and vice Versa).

This idea would somewhat be like Tactical Switch, where the TP of the player is swapped to the pet and the pet's TP to the player, but it's applications in the battlefield could become much more versatile and useful to players that would like to optimize success while in combat.

Someone who's using /WHM or /RDM could use stoneskin then use "Psyche Exchange" taking the stoneskin then from the master and putting it to the pet. This would become a new way for Puppetmasters to haste, stoneskin, blink, protect, and shell their pets who before had no form on "Enhancement Magic" towards the pet besides through attachments.
This could become a form of sacrifice where if you're under the status effect of slow while using a pet that doesn't require meleeing as much as you do, then you can give your pet your "Slow" Status effect and this move can be used as a alternative form of Erase.
When in combat, sometimes it becomes extremely difficult to wake up your pet knowing there's only about 2 methods total to wake up your pet (Deactivate and Repair (While wearing AF1 feet), but by using Psyche Exchange in conjunction with a poison potion, you can then switch the sleep from your pet over to yourself after using a poison potion and in result taking the sleep of your pet and off yourself.

Common issues that might come across this idea:
    1. Q: How long should the recast time be?
    2. Q: What spells should be accessible when using Psyche Exchange?
    3. Q: How will the Status effects you want your pet to have or you want yourself to have be targeted while using this job ability?

    1. A: As for recast time... 15 seconds seems reasonable... In the idea that we want our pets to act like full flesh and blood players, the job ability should be accessible on a quick level allowing you to buff your pet just like you would yourself, but on account that this would be overly powerful when using it to annul some of the status ailments like petrify, poison, slow, paralyze, etc. this job ability, when targeted on a status ailment, should then become a 30 second recast time.

    2. A: Generic spells like stoneskin, blink, aquaveil, etc. should be allowed to be used under the job ability, but in regards to spells such as Ice Spikes, Blaze Spikes, Shock Spikes, and En-Spells, this would be something that would be under the discression of SE.
    3. A: When the Job ability is activated... Players, when wanted to give their pet a job ability, would then go up to the Status Ailment/Enhancement Bar where you would generally see Protect/Shell/Level Sync Icons/ etc. and then click on the enhancement or ailment as if they were removing it and then this would then turn off the job ability and also transfer that status enhancement/ailment to the pet. As for taking them from your pet, status ailments at random after the use of the job ability "Psyche Exchange" would be given to the player. This would be, of course, hard to use granted your pet has multiple status ailments on him, but the chances that your pet will have multiple ailments on him at one time is slim and granted the recast is only 30 seconds, you can generally find the one you need to be taken off with ease without giving SE too much of a hastle of creating an pet Stats bar for Puppetmasters and possibly other pet jobs.

In conclusion, this new Job ability would end the problem of pets (Mainly Mage pets) being feeble during battle and a pain to manipulate while under the effect of an ailment (Also granted that Eraser prioritizes the pet first rather than the master, this becomes a suppliment to spells like paralyzga, Slowga, etc. where you pet will then use Eraser on himself rather than you).

Eh, I'm not sure I like this. Something like dragoon's Spirit Link would be better imho, this one doesn't excite me too much. Just my personal thought.

Although spirit surge does sound like a useful technique I doubt SE would give us that since we already have role reversal which is in a way the same thing if used correctly.
