    Elemental Wyvern Breaths II

    90+ Wyverns should start using a new level of Elemental Breaths

    Flame Breath II
    Frost Breath II
    Gust Breath II
    Sand Breath II
    Aqua Breath II
    Thunder Breath II

    These Breaths ought to have very VERY high accuracy relevant to the current Elemental Breaths. Their damage should be the exact same formula as the current breaths EXCEPT based on MAX wyvern HP, not Current Wyvern HP, similar to how healing breath works. It's fine that the base damage formula is the same because now they'll do full damage whether the wyvern is at full HP or near death. Additionally since it's based on MAX HP and not CURRENT HP, Dragoons could macro into Wyvern HP gear to get a damage boost, not unlike how we currently do for Healing Breaths. Additionally it would be cool if Holy Breath and Dark Breath were added. Holy Breath at the very least, as it is a classic, historical Dragoon ability. Maybe even make Holy Breath a separate ability, maybe only useable with /Mage sub or something.

    Holy Breath in Final Fantasy Dimensions was badass and made Dragoon powerful in that game, it was like an AoE holy beam of death that did tons of damage(8-9k).

    Kaiichi supports your idea. Not so much the holy and dark breath, that's just silly. But maybe Holy Breath triggering on a critical? Dragoons are the bearer of the Holy Crest are they not? But yes, Breath II's for the win.

    Well if the intention is for doing higher damage on NM's then this won't change much since I don't believe it's an acc issue so much as it is that most NM's have 90% BDT or so lol. On fodder mobs your wyvern should be at full hp most of the time anyways so it won't change anything there either

    Either way, until they fix BDT on NM's, wyvern won't do much more damage even if they are getting fully resisted every time.

    There's plenty of wyvern HP gear out there that we currently macro in for healing breaths. If damage breaths were changed to be based on max HP rather than current HP, we could macro this gear in for smiting breath as well.
