I think the images show exactly whats wrong. The beetle has a broken front right foot. LOL I never noticed this until I saw this post. It's a very minor design flaw and not game breaking it just makes the developers/artiest look like they made a minor screw up that never got fixed.

Does this exist on PS3/PS3/XBOX and PC?

Apparently you decided to file a report at the same time and posted first.

In my defense, my bug report is more detailed.

1. Find a Beetle type mob, or if main job is BST, call a BeetleFamiliar or PanzerGalahad.
2. Look at the front left foot.
3. Notice that the foot is broken.

That's it's right foot/claw not it's left foot/claw.

If you tell them it's left foot they'll see it looks fine and think that it's not broken! It looks like they cut & paste the image of the back left foot/claw on the front right foot/claw but forgot to mirror it.
