Bard concerns and some possible bugs

So I been Muling seals and storing other gear by slips. I found myself with more room so I said why not? I would buy some instruments for the more less used songs.

So I got a Carol +2 one and I noticed I got +100 total resistance if I cast both songs.

Then I noticed Carol gave +50 and Carol II +50

Then I took it off and noticed Carol gave +40 and Carol II +50


Compare that to a 400 enchanting magic whm that can give 155.

So point is carol II is not really being like a new tier spell, it needs to be boosted.

I feel a lot of our formulas are really out of date. To support that is the fact we cap all of our songs just of natural skill making + skill gear almost useless (defbuff resistance rates so almost)

Why does Minuet merits just add +1 attack per merit no matter the level of the song? I expected there be some exponential growth to it.

Maybe a regain song? I mean it is 99 level game and may give relic horn a new extra besides only having that big boost for ballad.
