Vivid Periapt of Exploration Not Giving Stones

I activated Voidwatch nearly a year ago. I missed getting the Vivid Periapt of Exploration from Bastok Tier 1 and just got it today. To my surprise my voidstone balance only increased by 1.

This is supposed to be retroactive and people tell me that they've gotten hundreds of stones back after receiving that Periapt.

I believe there is a glitch in the time resetting to 0 when you obtain your last stone.

Edit: I'd really like my additional stones... if there's any way to fix the issue and locate my original activation time.

    Hello Flyinghippress,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this trouble. May I ask how many voidstones you had in stock when you received the Periapt? I believe the retroactive effect only takes effect for the stones that you have in stock at the time you receive the periapt. If this is not the case, please let us know and fill out the template found here.

Thank you for your patience and understanding

I believe I had just obtained my last stone when I went out to get the Periapt. That's really quite unfortunate :\ To my knowledge there isn't any warning text along the lines of, "Issuing your last stone will reset your timer." If I had known that I would have just left my last stone in there and used a Voiddust . Might I suggest this be implemented in the future under the "Check Voidstone Stock?" It doesn't seem to make much sense to work that way, though, as most people in search of the Periapts that reduce time would likely be low on stones or using their only stone. I'll post the information template below in a separate post just in case there is something awry in the coding and they can restore the stones. Thank you for the response.

    Hello Flyinghippress,

Again I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. While I can see how this misunderstanding would be upsetting, from your description this is an intentional gameplay mechanic. If you had no stones in stock at the time you received the Periapt, regardless of when you started Voidwatch, the recalculation for receiving retroactive stones will not take effect.

You may want to ask others about this or visit a community site for more information. We appreciate your report and understanding in this matter.
