Crash to desktop before zoning from Chocobo Circuit to WH-Woods

My game crashes to the desktop whenever I try to talk to anyone within the Chocobo Circuit or when I try to zone out of the area. I entered via Windhurst Woods, and now I have no way of leaving the Chocobo Circuit. I have never had any problems with crashing during zoning nor interacting with NPCs until I entered the Chocobo Circuit.

I have no spells to warp myself out, so I'm stuck. (and now my pet chocobo has missed a day of care and food because of this)
