So what do you think Geomancer's Roll and Fencer's Roll will do?
I'm thinking perhaps Magic Damage Taken- from Fencers, but then I have no idea what Geomancer's Roll would do.

I could see an "Occasionally Absorbs Magic Damage Taken" effect for Rune Fencer being plausible. Much like the sachets from Abyssea.
Geomancer...I think we'll need to see more of what they can do to determine this. At the moment most magical boosts that can be given are taken by other rolls.
GEO roll will clearly be a haste roll

Not much left that could be added: crit damage, JA haste...and that's about it lol.
I'd be surprised if they even got rolls for the jobs.
Geomancer could be magic crit hit rate/damage.

Magic evasion, crit taken and job specific things are pointless. Mdt is too easy to cap, no reason to use it.
Enmity sounds like a nice option, once they fix the system that is.
