So a while back I clicked the icon on the sidebar to hide the sidebar to see what it would do, and there appears to be no way to get it back. (It is there when I am logged out for what its worth.)
Am I just blind? I looked in my user profile and settings, as well I looked all over the front page for a way to restore it, but there doesn't seem to be an option to return the sidebar.
To repeat the bug:
Log in, click the "minimize" button on either the 'Hot Topics' or the 'Dev Tracker' side bar; and you will never see em again.
Any help on this would be appreciated, may it be from a user or a website admin.

when i hide it, i get icon to reshow on the right hand side (pair of arrows.
to slide it back ? does this appear for you?

I changed my browser to use UTF-8 encoding and it popped up...
Had a similar problem at my old job and saw the option to change the encoding when I was trying to force the script from the page source.
