    No 14% & refresh as of now. 12% is the highest i've seen with refresh. +1 refresh is meh with 20/tic refresh.

    Getting refresh on the Bliaut doesn't really matter unless you're never getting any refresh body Whm can use and you desperately need to sell Noble's/Aristocrat's for some reason. It's a nice perk but all that really matters is the cure potency.

    Life outside of abyssea requires a mp regen set. Refresh doesn't do much. Takes a good amount of time to get 100 mp with just regen. Orison Bliaut if anything if you want a refresh body piece.

    Wait, why did I say auspice, meant Afflatus: Solace. Why are you not using auspice anyway, that annoys me so much when I'm not on whm, I can forgive the whm my lowman runs with since it's being dboxed.

    Healing magic+20 and refresh doesn't surpass cure+10% and refresh. Which you can buy on AH.
