    [EU] Current Known Issues (Jul. 14)

    We have identified an issue that is preventing players from receiving the Destrier Beret from the Festive Moogle, despite having registered a campaign code via the Square Enix Account Management System.

    We are currently in the process of testing fixes to address this issue.

    Please note that any campaign codes that have already been redeemed will not be invalidated, and will be redeemable once this issue has been resolved.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

    Current Known Issues (Jul. 14): Follow-up

    During the past month, players were unable to receive the Destrier Beret from the Festive Moogle, despite having registered a campaign code via the Square Enix Account Management System.

    We are happy to announce that the issue has been resolved on July 26, 2012 at 7:00 (GMT).

    New players will be able to receive the Destrier Beret from the Festive Moogle by following the normal steps for campaign code registration. Players who have already redeemed their codes will be able to receive the item by speaking to the Festive Moogle.

    We deeply apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and thank you for your patience.
