    Anyone know when or if these adjustments for ranged attacks are up on the test server?

    wait what?? they implemented this in the update today, thought it wasn't scheduled for test server till eptember and no one even mentioned it was live... wanted to actually test it out on the test server... oh well hope its a potent adjustment...
