Cannot receive Destrier Beret from Moogle

Hi there, I'm having this problem as well.

1. Entered code for Destrier Beret.
2. Chose Falor@Asura for the recipient.
3. Logged in to character and Festive moogle says he has nothing for me.
4. Waited 8 hours and still couldn't claim Beret.

I can see the Beret in my Reward Code History, but can't seem to get it in game.
