Creek Top and River Top

Dearest Localization Team,

Whilst perusing the latest update, I noticed that the short names (the name used for macros and displayed in the inventory list) of Creek Top and River Top both had the word "top" in lowercase. The high-quality versions of these items have the word "Top" capitalized, as does the swimwear for other races.
