    SCH AF Quest "On Sabbatical" Cut Scene Freezing

    Platform: PlayStation 2 &3, Xbox 360

    ISP: Verizon

    Type of Internet Connection: Optic FiberInternet

    Connection Speed: 6Mbits/s~15Mbits/s (wireless and hardwired)

    Date & Time: 5:30-6:30pm EST June 2, 2012

    Frequency: Always

    Character Name: Zoel

    Race: Mithra

    World: Bahamut

    Main Job: 99WHM

    Support Job: 49BLM

    Area and Coordinates: Bastok Markets [S] H-6

    Party or Solo: Solo

    NPC Name: Gentle Tiger

    Step:

    1. Click on the NPC to initiate the cut scene
    2. Waited briefly for the initial load and the proceed through the dialogue
    3. System would start to load again, single black.
    4. But wait several minutes to see if the action would finish.
    5. Upon seeing no change in the status, I reset the machine, adjust network settings for a wired connection, reloaded the game and repeated steps 1-4 twice
    6. Loaded game on a different system (PS3,XBOX,PS2 was used in that order) and repeated steps 1-5

    Notes: The quest "Fires of Discontent" is flagged, and cannot be completed unless "On Sabbatical" is finished. Currently unaware if people without Fires of Discontent flagged are having this issue.

    please let me know if this is an isolated incident, or a true bug currently in the game.

    Thank you very much for posting your concern about freezing when you attempt to view this Cutscene on PlayStation 2/3. At this time this is something that we have received multiple reports of here and in the game as well. And at this time this is being reviewed from these reports.
