Unless I'm mistaken, there are some weapon-classes that do not have a level 1 all-jobs weapon available. For example, there is a great katana but no scythe.
It would be nice to have a lvl1 scythe all job weapon.

All affirmations are true in some sense, false in some sense, meaningless in some sense, true and false in some sense, true and meaningless in some sense, false and meaningless in some sense, and true and false and meaningless in some sense.

FFXI: Leviathan > Arcon
FFXIV: Selbina > Arcon Villiers
And?
The only point of these for people is Abyssea weakness anyway.
They shouldn't have been added, the items should have been a ring, not a weapon.
Who is Dannie-boy? Who even spells Danny like that?
I have no qualms with Abyss-easy, I see no requirement, or relevance to add more pointless weapons so people can do it all with less players, in old content. The same way I wouldn't ask for them to make new armour for ~level 30.
But hey, you want stuff so pointless, go ahead and ask, when the roadmap takes up three months on making such pointless content, you can look in the mirror and see who is at fault.
I actually enjoy equipping my woodcutter's ax on whm and watching reactions
They just need to extend the runic weapons to all jobs.
