Blue Mage VW Proc/Spell lockout Suggestion

Instead of completely locking out blue spells for 60 seconds when a spell set is changed, make the blue spells do zero damage for 60 seconds (both physical and magical), similar to the magical "double weakness" effect. This would preserve the "game balance" SE was trying to achieve with the lockout, but still make procs in VW achievable without the unnecessarily time penalty.

Would have to make buffs ineffective as well. A decent solution.

More worried SE would misconstrue this and make the spells act like you are double weak increasing resist rate also meaning it is still about as useless as the wait time =/

No reason to believe that m.acc is affected by weakness in the slightest. Only MAB is floored.

Ya I never understood why people keep thinking macc is floored.

The suggestion of making physical spells do no damage might be something SE will think is "hard" to do, so a floored acc on physical spells may be an option. As Prothescar said, buffs would also need to be rendered ineffective somehow.
