Steps:
1. Have all jobs leveled above level 5
2. Accept the Quest "The Gustaberg Tour" from Izabele in Bastok Metalworks
3. The quest requires you be on a job level 5 or below to complete
4. Quest dead ends at Hunting Bear due to inability to use a level 5 job and the inability to delevel below level 30.

I know this is a minor issue but it should not be overlooked. The use of a guide beret by making a gold world pass is the only current work around and is not acceptable. The level restriction on this quest should simply be removed.
