Please give us a ronin-style armor!

Ok I've liked the movie The Last Samurai and thought the shogun-like armor was pretty cool in FFXI.
But it saddens me to see ALL sam-specific armor at high levels is like that >< heavy, sturdy shogun armor.
As a Rurouni Kenshin big big big fan, I ask PLEASE please please SE give sam a ronin-style gear. Light kimono + hakama!

I understand this would imply a totally new gear frame and that maybe the game can't support that much moving cloth animation yet. But I've seen so many long coats added recently, I don't think it would be too hard.
The kimono would be just fine if u give it large sleeves like furia/ebur/ebon bliaut does, and I'm sure making the large hakama off a model like tantra pants wouldn't be hard either.

So please no more heavy junk on sams please? ^^ We've got plenty.

There's better choices than AF3 if your weapons delay permits. Admittedly we are forced to utilize the Head/Body/Legs if we wish to maintain a 5-hit build with a 437 delay such as Masamune.

But if you can work around it (possibly with Moonshade earring with Regain & VV atma in abyssea) you can use the Juogi/+1 and Zelus Tiara (although, the latter isn't very Ronin). I could work it out my it's too late for me, if you have Double March, Haste and Hasso on you at all times it might not work out.

If it does then you can cap equipment Haste while looking semi-Ronin.

I wouldn't mind seeing a lengthier body piece, maybe some special pieces for SAM plus hakama pants, and an update on Lord's Yukata for me!

There's plenty of non-bulky Samurai stuff. Problem is, bulky Samurai armor looks way cooler. I love AF3. Just wish I had the seals to use it :/
