Dark spirit excluded from update?

Seeing as spirits are being brought up to date on spells shouldn't dark spirit be getting access to drain II + aspir II aswell as absorb-ACC and absorb attri? poor dark spirit stopped getting anything after lvl 56

Retrace and Warp II would be more fun spells. It isn't like the spirit is useful for anything at all. (Well, dark magic triggers is the only use)
