Your synthesis was interrupted glitch

I was crafting in bastok markets trying to make a moonring blade for my guild item. My character started to synth then suddenly just stopped and I got the error Your synthesis was interrupted. No one casted anything on me and when I checked my inventory and the item I was trying to create was in there.

Didn't really loose anything just thought I report it.

Steps:
-I got Synthesis Support from Fatimah.
-I went into my Inventory Selected Wind Crystal and places all the necessary items to make a Moonring Blade
-My Character Kneeled and stared to craft.
-Suddenly the crystal disappear between his hands and I got the error message "Your Synthesis was interrupted, the crystal and items you were using are lost."
-My Character stayed in the crafting position until I moved him.
-However when I checked my inventory to craft a 2nd blade, a completed Moonring blade was in my inventory.
