    The PlayOnline registration server will be unavailable due to maintenance at the following time. During this period, users who have not performed the Square Enix account transfer process will be unable to cancel their accounts.

    Also, if there is a problem with your payment method, you may be automatically disconnected from the game during the maintenance period. To avoid this, please complete the Square Enix account transfer process in advance.

    * Users who have completed the Square Enix account transfer will not be affected by this maintenance.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

    [EU] Notice regarding extension of monthly clean-up procedure (Mar.2)

    Regarding the 2nd phase of the monthly clean-up procedure currently taking place, we expect a delay in the completion of the procedure. We will notify you once we have determined an expected time of completion.
    While this procedure is taking place it is not possible to join or leave PlayOnline, purchase, cancel or recover content IDs, or edit membership information.
