I went to E-6 sarumouge champaign, the NPC's weren't there only the voidwatch people the field manual and the smile serjant person. Did they move or did i install test server wrong or something? everything else seems to work fine, just these NPC's are not there.

They're just inside the wall with the portcullis. Not outside where those other NPCs are. You have to walk right past them to get to the VW NPCs...

i know where they are supposed to be i looked up a vid to find out but they're not there, i checked the entire grid square i even wide scanned it, only the NPC's i mentioned are there.
