That said:
Avatars offer tp-free spike damage every 45 seconds. SE, "Working as intended".

Solution: Offer a new "stance" type JA (like Serk/Defender, Saber/Fan Dance) that sets the BP timer to say, 30s but diverts a percentage of the enmity to the summoner.
